These Terms of Service apply when you browse Unlock China or book an experience through our store. By using the site or completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

BOOKINGS AND AVAILABILITY
Experiences are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment is accepted and you receive a booking confirmation. Please provide accurate contact and participant information. Experience providers may make reasonable changes to routes, schedules, meeting points, or inclusions when required for safety, weather, local restrictions, or other operational reasons.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, currencies, taxes, and included items are shown before checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The cancellation terms shown on the relevant experience page, your booking confirmation, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply to your booking.

TRAVELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for arriving on time, following safety instructions, meeting any stated age, health, identification, or accessibility requirements, and treating hosts, local communities, and other travellers respectfully. You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, and other travel documents unless expressly stated otherwise.

SITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You may use this site only for lawful personal purposes. Site content, branding, photographs, text, and design may not be copied, resold, or commercially reused without permission.

LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unlock China is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
